Find the game at the intersection of desire, market and buildability.
This is not a genre quiz. It maps three founders independently, measures consensus and conflict, turns the shared DNA into concept seeds, then subjects the finalists to a market and Kickstarter reality check.

Founder setup
Three separate profiles. Answers stay independent until Analysis.
Shared constraints
Founder DNA questionnaire
Answer separately. Do not negotiate answers while filling this in.
Trinity DNA
Where the three of you genuinely align — and where a compromise would poison the project.

Concept Forge
Rule-based v0.1 seeds derived from your shared DNA. Later this can be upgraded to an AI concept agent.
Voting
Each founder can independently score every concept from 1–5. Finalists combine founder fit, feasibility and crowdfunding suitability.
Market Validation Room
Do not ask “is the idea cool?” Ask whether evidence says a reachable audience exists and whether Kickstarter can understand the promise.

Research protocol
- Comparable games: 10 direct + 10 adjacent titles.
- Steam evidence: reviews, price, release timing, CCU proxies, tags, update cadence.
- Voice of customer: recurring complaints and “I wish this game had…” patterns.
- Crowdfunding: comparable campaigns, goals, backers, average pledge, demo/trailer quality.
- Scope: what must exist in the MVP to make the promise believable.
- Differentiation: explain the hook in one sentence without naming competitors.

MVP / Kickstarter Brief
The final output is not “make the whole game.” It is the smallest playable proof that sells the fantasy.
